I am a senior expert in the design, implementation, and governance of Civil Registration and Identity (CRVS/ID) systems, with over 15 years of experience across Africa, Asia, and the Caribbean. My work focuses on helping governments and international partners build inclusive, interoperable, and legally grounded identity systems aligned with global standards. I provide technical assistance on digital transformation, policy development, and system integration, ensuring that identity systems strengthen both governance and people’s rights. Over the years, I have supported projects with the World Bank’s ID4D initiative, the Global Financing Facility, UNECA, UNHCR, and IOM, among others. My approach bridges strategy, legislation, and technology — creating sustainable ID ecosystems that empower individuals and improve service delivery.
