Providing technical assistance (TA) for digital CRVS and ID reform programs. Has provided technical assistance (TA) to projects in Ethiopia, Malawi, Uganda, Sierra Leone, Dominica, St. Vincent and the Grenadines, Grenada, and Suriname.
Support to system assessment, strategic planning, development of technical design and system specifications aligned with international standards, and development of new legislation.
Develop knowledge materials to support these reforms, including the updating of the WB CRVS and ID e-learning course: World Bank CRVS and ID e-learning course

Development of an analytical assessment tool for CRVS, ID, and Gender.
System assessment and development of the first ever National Strategic CRVS Plans in South Sudan and Burundi (2023 – 2025).
Recruited as subject matter expert providing technical support to the development of the architecture design and business processes for Lao PDR’s new integrated Civil Registration System (2022).
Researched the nexus between birth registration and citizenship in Southern Africa (2024-2025), and co-authored the article with Lynn and Martin Bratchi.
Supported the development of a guide on how to develop SOPs for Civil Registration (2024).
Documented governance practices in CRVS across eight countries (2022).
Conducted an institutional assessment and developed a roadmap for Liberia’s identity ecosystem through Digitech India (2022).
Researched the linkages between birth registration and statelessness in all member states of the Southern Africa Development Community for UNHCR.
